In this role, you will design and build applications for stakeholders in conservation, agriculture, and restoration. We’re looking for candidates with a track record of building data-centric applications that emphasize usability and stability.
This work is critical to the success of Upstream Tech and our continued commitment to our environmental mission. Our climate and conservation impact scales with our systems.
You’d Be a Good Fit if
You have at least two years of experience building robust, well-tested frontend applications.
You have familiarity with React and TypeScript.
You are comfortable making design decisions and iterating with feedback.
You’re interested in solving complex geospatial problems and exploring new problem areas.
You have excellent communication skills and want to share your expertise through mentorship, pair programming, and code reviews.
You are excited to introduce new patterns and improve work processes to make your team happy and efficient.
You’re pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and want to get things done without sacrificing quality.
You are humble and have empathy for customers and teammates.
You believe that giving and receiving honest and direct feedback helps everyone to grow.
